Rib soup with Crock-Pot slow cooker
The vegetables are cleaned and chopped each according to preference.
Put the oil in the Crock-Pot slow cooker bowl, finely chopped onion and square pepper.
Put sliced carrots and whitewash, diced potatoes, peas and green beans.
Put the smoked ribs and sprinkle with vegetables, paprika and pepper.
Put water, about 2 liters, put the lid on and set the device on High mode for 3 hours.
After 3 hours, put the finely chopped tomatoes and the hot borscht (to taste), boil together on the stove and leave for another hour.
At the end, add the chopped greens, match the taste and leave for another 30 minutes.
It is very good hot or cold.
