Pears in the shirt

Pears in the shirt

Peel the pears and put them in boiling water for 10 minutes with cinnamon, cloves and sugar. Remove and drain then leave to cool (important!).

The "shirt" is also prepared:

-In a bowl put through a sieve flour, add powdered sugar, oil, a little lemon juice and liqueur.

-mix until smooth, leave to rest in the fridge for about 30 minutes, then spread, cut into squares and place the cold pears

-cloth by hand, make some leaves on top and grease with beaten egg.

You need speed so that the paste does not flow from the pears.

Put in the preheated oven at 180 degrees until well browned, about 30 minutes.

Remove, place on plates and serve with pastry cream or ice cream.

Simple recipe pear compote

The first time we cut the pears, it is ideal not to be very ripe. For compote it is ideal to have stronger fruits.

Place the pear slices in jars.

In each jar we put a spoonful of sugar. I don't want the compote to be very sweet, if you want it to be sweeter, you can double the amount of sugar.

You can also use sweetener instead of sugar (saccharin, fructose, stevia).

We put a piece of anise in each jar, so that it is not very fragrant.

Fill the jars with water.

We will use sterilized lids and jars beforehand. We put the lids on, we tighten very well.

We go to the bain-marie, we boil them for 15 minutes, from the moment the water boils.

Let the jars cool, cover them with beds, so that we are sure that they will seal well. It is ideal to leave them overnight.

The next day we check that all the lids of the pear jars are sealed, then we wipe them, label them and put them in the pantry.

The pear compote is delicious, fragrant, an oasis of flavor and aroma. I recommend you to try the apple compote recipe, but also the quince compote recipe. They are at least as and as easy to prepare. & # 128578

It was around 2008 - 2009, when Alina worked in the banking sector and tried to somehow break the patterns of boring and dull business outfits, wearing to the office. shirts customized by her, with contrasting cuffs and collars. And from here the rest is a success story of a business that grows beautifully and naturally every day.

The success of her office outfits, the first clients among colleagues, then a very clear and niche target, those who worked in the corporate business environment… and look Alina took courage and left her job in the bank and courageously assumed the position of entrepreneur. Packed with the mother, who wanted more independence in the agenda and obviously more time for the family.

20 quick recipes for dinner

I can't brag about extraordinary performances in the culinary field, that's why I avoided writing or posting something on the blog related to this topic. But the need to feed my children pushed me where I never suspected I would ever end up: at the stove buttons. At first shy with steamed vegetables, then gradually I started experimenting with all sorts of recipes.

Although I have progressed lately in terms of gastronomy, I admit that there are dishes that I have never tried and I am not ashamed. Probably their time will come.

For example, I never made sarmale, I never made cozonac, no meatballs or very complicated dishes.

Instead, I became quite good at fast food, which I could prepare easily, without too much effort and which was to the taste of the children. For us, I put some meat on the grill, I make another salad, but most of the time we eat almost the same with them.

Most of the time we eat together in the evening, at dinner, that's why I always try to have something good and fresh at the table.

I made a list of the dishes that are most appreciated in our country, which I always look at when I don't know what else to cook. I always update this list when I get a new idea, and I keep rotating these dishes so that the little ones don't get very bored of them.

  1. macaroni and cheese
  2. pasta with chicken, corn and tomato sauce
  3. pasta with pesto sauce (you got the idea: pasta with anything, in any form)
  4. rice with milk / semolina with milk
  5. muffins with pumpkin and cheese (a kind of pumpkin au gratin)
  6. appetizer cake (often also in the form of muffins, because it looks nicer)
  7. pizza (I published the recipe a month ago, here)
  8. chicken wrap in tortilla stick, with cheese sauce and fresh vegetables (without potatoes and mayonnaise)
  9. pilaf with vegetables
  10. vegetable cream soup
  11. mushroom cream soup
  12. bruschettas with tomatoes and mozzarella
  13. macaroni pudding with cheese
  14. cous-cous with vegetables
  15. baked fish with vegetables or polenta
  16. baked chicken hammers with various garnishes
  17. potato and broccoli muffins with cheese (like Ikea)
  18. lasagna with cheese or meat, but in the evening I prefer to give children cheese with cheese, because it is lighter
  19. rice noodles with vegetables (cut the julienned vegetables, sauté them in butter, then add the cooked rice noodles and put as many spices). We also add soy sauce and sometimes I add pieces of chicken or beef.
  20. polenta with cheese and cream

I left the polenta with cheese last, but it's actually the NUMBER 1 food in our house. She's kind of the QUEEN of food. When they don't want anything else, when they don't like anything I prepared, I quickly make a polenta and I saved the situation. They have rarely refused to eat polenta, and I'm glad to know I'm not hungry.

I'm sure everyone has a favorite food that comes out quickly and that everyone in the house prefers. What are your most popular recipes?

  • 4 eggs
  • 180 g sugar (I used brown)
  • 200 g flour
  • 50 g bitter cocoa
  • 8 g baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 50 ml milk
  • 125 g butter
  • 3 pears
  • cinnamon to taste
  • 1/2 lemon

Preheat the oven to 170 ° C.

We clean the pears and cut them into cubes, sprinkle the cubes with lemon juice so as not to change their color.

In a bowl sift flour, cocoa, cinnamon, baking powder, salt and mix.

Beat eggs with sugar and add flour mixture.

Add the milk, melted butter and pears, mix until you get a homogeneous composition.

Pour the composition into a greased tray (22 cm).

Bake in the hot oven for about 50 minutes (do the toothpick test).

When it has cooled completely, we powder it with powdered sugar and we can cut it.
