Saute carrots with butter and garlic
We ate in a restaurant and they were very tasty. I worked at home and they came out the same.
- 6-7 carrots
- 50 gr.unt
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 teaspoons brown sugar
- salt and white pepper to taste
- a few parsley leaves, optional

RECIPE PREPARATION Saute carrots with butter and garlic:
Peeled carrots and cut into 2 or 3 pieces sprinkle with sugar and place in a sieve for steaming. Put the sieve in a saucepan with a little water over low heat, with a lid.
Try with a fork, it should not be too soft. Remove from the device, slice and mix in a bowl with melted butter and finely chopped garlic. Season to taste and whoever wants can sprinkle them with a little chopped parsley.
