Chocolate truffles


Who doesn't like chocolate? And especially the chocolate truffles! It is true that they are not very expensive in stores, but it is much better when you can serve your guests from your own truffles: - *
It is a simple recipe with which you will impress even the most demanding friends.

  • 320 gr 75% chocolate (4 Kandia)
  • 300 ml sweetened liquid cream
  • 5 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons coffee essence / plain coffee
  • 150 gr fried walnuts
  • For decoration: cocoa + sugar, coconut, crushed walnuts, etc. (whatever you like)

Servings: 40

Preparation time: less than 30 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Chocolate Truffles:

We start by putting the chocolate in a bain-marie. When it has completely melted, add the liquid cream gradually and mix with a wooden spoon. Continue until it is perfectly incorporated, then add the crushed walnuts, pre-roasted, sugar, and 2 tablespoons of coffee essence / plain coffee (mix).

Remove from the heat and leave in a cool place. After the composition has cooled, we put it in the fridge for 3 hours or overnight, after which we start to form the truffles: with our hands slightly soaked in water we form balls that we roll in the ingredients for decoration and place them in a casserole / bowl (be sure to cover the surface of the truffles well).

After I'm done I'm ready to eat! Even before if you have lust around :)). The truffles are kept in the fridge and are a delicious dessert!
